Civic Center & Auditorium
Located in the heart of Truth or Consequences at 400 W. Fourth Street, the Civic Center and Ralph Edwards Auditorium serve as premier venues for local events, including the Old Time Fiddlers State Championships and the Miss Fiesta Pageant. With versatile spaces and modern amenities, these facilities are ideal for meetings, performances, and community gatherings.
Facility Features
The Civic Center offers four conference rooms, a sound and lighting system, and seating for 825 guests in the Ralph Edwards Auditorium—making it a versatile space for events of all sizes. Please see the pictures below for reference.


How to Reserve the Civic Center or Other City Venues - View the Online Calendar
To reserve the Civic Center, please contact the City Clerk’s Office by email at torcclerk@torcnm.org or by phone at (575) 894-6674.
Rental agreements for all city venues—including tables, chairs, and bleachers—are available at the bottom of the City’s Venue Rental page. If you need assistance at any point, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Clerk’s Office. We’re happy to help!

Directions:
- From the North: Entering town on Date Street, turn right onto Fourth Street—one block before the traffic light at Third. The Civic Center is ¼ mile west of Date on Fourth.
- From the South: Follow Broadway through downtown; at the curve, Broadway becomes Date. Turn left one block past the stoplight, then continue ¼ mile west to reach the Civic Center.
